  • Who can nominate?
  • Award nominations may be submitted by an organization itself, by public relations professionals representing a nominated organization, or by solution providers/partners of a nominated organization.
  • When can I nominate?
  • The CITE Awards are open to receive nominations until Nov. 8, 2013. But apply early to qualify for special benefits:
    • Qualified nominations received by October 1, 2013 will be entered into an early round of judging in which some finalists will be selected. Nominees not selected for early finalist status will be considered in the second judging round.
    • Qualified nominations received by Oct. 18, 2013 will be entered into a drawing to receive up to three complimentary room nights at the San Francisco Hilton Union Square during the CITE conference + expo (room nights available are April 27-29, 2013).
  • When do I find out the status of my nomination?
  • All nominees will receive a confirmation email that your nomination has received upon submission. Notification of finalists will be made in December.
  • Do you have any recommendations for preparing my entry?
  • Mark your calendar for the award nomination deadlines noted above. Alert others in your organization who may need to know about the deadline and prepare information for your submission. Feel free to circulate the PDF with the categories and judging criteria. Your nomination must include:
    • A narrative that describes the project and covers the judging criteria outlined in the category description.
    • Empirical facts/metrics that demonstrate the project/initiative’s value
    • Contact information for key stakeholders in the nominated organization.
  • Can I submit more than one entry?
  • Yes, organizations can submit multiple entries, but can submit each project only once.
